About The Role

Qualifications

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track application statuses, and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate a seamless transition into the organization.
