Red Interactive, the Digital Marketing Agency within Super Group (NYSE: SGHC), is looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to drive paid search performance for the Betway UK Sports brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, shaping acquisition strategies for some of the biggest sporting events in the UK while managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- ✅ Own and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, UAC, YouTube and Microsoft Ads
- ✅ Develop acquisition strategies aligned to major UK sporting events including Premier League, Cheltenham, Euros and World Cup tournaments
- ✅ Drive performance against CPA, ROAS and LTV targets through bidding, keyword and creative optimisation
- ✅ Analyse campaign performance using platform data and Tableau dashboards
- ✅ Collaborate with SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, UX and AI teams to deliver integrated growth strategies
- ✅ Ensure all campaigns meet UKGC, ASA/CAP and responsible gambling compliance requirements

What We're Looking For
- ✔ 5+ years' experience managing large-scale Paid Search campaigns
- ✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- ✔ Proven success delivering performance in highly competitive industries such as Sports Betting, iGaming or Finance
- ✔ Advanced analytical and Excel skills
- ✔ Experience managing significant monthly media budgets (£250k+ preferred)
- ✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
