Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist
About The Role
You will promote established personal development and leadership education programs using digital marketing strategies and a proven marketing system.
The role involves generating and responding to enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, scheduling discovery calls, following up enquiries and providing information about our programs.
You will also participate in ongoing personal and professional development designed to strengthen your communication, marketing and leadership capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate qualified enquiries.
- Use digital platforms and social channels to promote personal development and leadership education programs.
- Respond professionally to people who have expressed interest in our programs.
- Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective customers.
- Manage and follow up enquiries using established processes.
- Maintain professional communication standards aligned with organisational values.
- Follow a proven marketing system and established digital processes.
- Participate in ongoing personal and leadership development.
- Work autonomously within a remote office environment.

Who We're Looking For
This role may suit you if:
- You have 8+ years of professional experience in any field.
- You have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
- You are comfortable using social media, digital platforms and online systems.
- You have an interest in personal growth and leadership development.
- You are willing to develop skills in digital marketing and client engagement.
- You value continuous learning and professional development.
- You can commit approximately 15 hours per week to the role.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, coaching, recruitment, education or consultancy environments is beneficial but not essential.
