Looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join a growing healthcare organisation as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK healthcare provider with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused services.
The Opportunity:
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of digital marketing activity across multiple channels, optimising websites, paid media, SEO, CRM and marketing automation to generate high-quality leads, improve customer experience and maximise return on investment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive website performance through SEO, user experience improvements, analytics and conversion rate optimisation.
- Plan, deliver and optimise paid search, paid social, display and integrated digital campaigns to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
- Develop targeted CRM and marketing automation programmes that nurture prospects, increase bookings, strengthen referrals and improve customer retention.
- Analyse customer behaviour and optimise digital journeys from first interaction through to conversion and ongoing engagement.
- Produce clear performance reporting using GA4, conversion tracking and attribution modelling, turning insight into actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and specialist partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

About You:
- Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role covering websites, paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
- A track record of improving lead generation, customer journeys and commercial performance through digital channels.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to build segmented, personalised customer communications across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, conversion tracking, campaign reporting and ROI analysis.
- The ability to translate business objectives into successful digital marketing activity while managing multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
- Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous but is not essential.
