PIB Group

The Role – Digital Marketing Specialist

Join PIB Group’s growing Specialty Marketing team, working across a varied portfolio of brands in insurance, employee benefits and risk management. You’ll deliver campaigns, improve websites and support lead generation in a role where your work will have a visible impact.

This is a hands-on delivery role across multiple PIB brands. The Digital Lead will set priorities and standards; you’ll turn agreed briefs into completed work across email, websites, landing pages, SEO, paid media, tracking and reporting. It is not a purely strategic, single-channel or agency-management role.

This role is available on a UK-based remote basis, with occasional travel for team meetings, conferences and other essential in-person activity. Candidates who prefer hybrid working may also work from a suitable PIB office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build, test and deliver email campaigns and automated email journeys or flows across multiple PIB brands.
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of our website portfolio, including website rebuilds, page building, content migration, SEO checks, quality assurance and launch activity.
  • Build, manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns, including setup, landing pages, conversion tracking, reporting and lead generation for Sales teams.
  • Deliver on-page and technical SEO improvements, and use GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking to measure performance and produce clear, actionable reporting.
  • Take a proactive, responsible approach to AI: use approved tools to improve digital delivery, identify opportunities to adopt new capabilities as they become available, and work within PIB’s AI, data protection and regulatory policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience across websites, organic search and paid media, with strong WordPress, on-page and technical SEO skills and practical HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Experience building email campaigns and automated journeys using email marketing or marketing automation platforms, alongside experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking. HubSpot experience would be advantageous.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across an evolving portfolio of brands and websites, taking briefs from the Digital Lead, asking sensible questions and delivering accurate, properly tested work without heavy supervision.
  • A practical delivery mindset and a proactive, responsible interest in AI. Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated sector would be an advantage.

You do not need to be an expert in every area listed. If you are strong in some of these areas, have good technical confidence and are a quick learner who is keen to develop, we would still like to hear from you.
