Hiredbuddy is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to implement strategies that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, assisting with email marketing campaigns, monitoring website analytics, and optimizing SEO. You will also help with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, ensuring they are properly targeted and budgeted.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field. You should have a foundational understanding of marketing principles and be familiar with common digital marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be crafting copy for various platforms and collaborating with team members.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assisting in the creation and curation of content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Helping to manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Performing keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for website pages and blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Supporting the execution of paid advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.
- Conducting competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the design team to create visual assets that align with campaign goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related internship
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
- Experience with content creation (graphic design, video editing) is a bonus
