We place employee engagement at the heart of our culture, ensuring our team feels valued and supported. With customer engagement also at our core, we strive to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

We have been enhancing managed services for UK organisations since 2003. About the Role

This is a part-time, fixed-term maternity cover opportunity for approximately 39 weeks, with responsibility across a broad range of digital marketing activity. The role offers flexibility around the working pattern, with the specific days and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.

You will work closely with our Marketing, Commercial and Acquisitions Director and colleagues across Sales, Service Delivery and the wider business. The role covers B2B digital marketing, SEO, campaign delivery, website management and content creation. You will need to be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and turning technical or product information into clear, effective marketing content.

At Telappliant, we are committed to providing an environment where every individual is valued. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing activities and projects within a growing technology business.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to maintain the momentum of our marketing activity throughout the maternity cover period and make sure our teams have the content, campaigns and marketing support they need. You will take responsibility for a broad range of digital marketing activities, from developing campaigns and improving search visibility to updating websites, creating customer-facing materials and supporting Sales with the right content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
