The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, Remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive ecommerce growth. This position focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating qualified traffic, improving conversions, and delivering measurable return on investment across multiple digital channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing paid advertising campaigns
- Implementing SEO strategies
- Creating and scheduling content
- Analysing campaign performance
- Monitoring website analytics
- Preparing performance reports with actionable insights
The specialist will collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure every campaign aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional results.
The ideal candidate stays ahead of industry trends, AI marketing tools, platform updates, and emerging technologies while continuously testing, learning, and improving digital marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce Marketing with experience working on Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance.
- Experience with keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
