About the Role

TeamMate, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist focused on content marketing to support our growing risk and compliance business. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on writing and editing, creating thought leadership articles, technical blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, website copy, and product messaging that help position the business as a trusted resource in the GRC, information security, risk and compliance markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, and content strategist who can translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for B2B SaaS audiences. This person will be comfortable creating content directly, developing multi-quarter content roadmaps, managing external writers, and partnering across demand generation, sales, product, and marketing to support the full customer journey.

About Us

Wolters Kluwer TeamMate is a global leader in audit management, assurance, and GRC software, serving customers in over 150 countries. TeamMate solutions help audit, risk, compliance, controls, and GRC teams drive efficiency, insight, and value. This role will support content that educates the market, strengthens brand visibility, and helps differentiate our offerings across the governance, risk, compliance, and information security space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-value written content, including thought leadership articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, website copy, and product messaging for B2B SaaS audiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences across the buying journey
  • Develop and execute content strategies for organic SEO, AI discoverability, and social channels to increase brand visibility and recognition among target audiences
  • Build and implement a multi-quarter content strategy that supports authority-building in the GRC, information security, risk, and compliance space
  • Manage external writers and content contributors, including assigning work, editing drafts, refining messaging, and ensuring all content meets quality and brand standards
  • Build editorial calendars, content workflows, and repeatable processes that improve consistency, production velocity, and alignment across channels
  • Develop original research, industry reports, and market insights that educate prospects and help differentiate the business from competitors
  • Repurpose and amplify content into engaging social media posts that extend reach, increase audience engagement, and support brand awareness goals
  • Track content performance metrics, analyze what resonates with audiences, and refine the strategy based on data and campaign insights
  • Partner with demand generation, sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and supports the full customer journey
  • Support content distribution and promotion strategies across digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and sales enablement channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
