About The Role

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as ATS systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and improve processes.
