Job Overview:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. This is a generalist role suited for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital channels—from content creation and social media to SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. You'll help execute campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to driving growth across the business.

Tasks What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Create and manage content across blogs, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute organic social media campaigns.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Build and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements What You Bring To This Role:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or growth marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Content Marketing
    • Social Media Marketing
    • SEO
    • Email Marketing
    • Paid Advertising
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, or CMS platforms is a plus.
