  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored advice and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in stock management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure the store environment is safe for both customers and staff.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, banking, and security protocols.
