📢 We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and manage our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in-house. We already have a proven lead-generation process and are currently running successful campaigns through an external agency. We now want to bring this function in-house so we have more control, can move faster, and can respond quickly when urgent campaigns need to be launched.
The most important requirement for this role is strong, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, particularly lead generation and audience targeting.

- Build and refine targeted audiences
- Manage retargeting, custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Monitor cost per lead, lead quality and overall campaign performance
- Test audiences, creatives, copy and campaign structures
- Scale campaigns that are performing well
- Launch new campaigns quickly when required
- Analyse campaign data and make ongoing improvements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
