Marketing Assistant/Specialist - Language Skills Required (see below)
Location: London Based (Hybrid 2-3 days)
Day Rate: Up to £250 PAYE
Duration: 4 months with potential to extend
Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant/Specialist with language skills to play an integral role in executing large-scale deal events and enhancing customer engagement initiatives for EU marketplaces. This exciting opportunity is set against the backdrop of Q4 peak events, where your contributions will make a significant impact!
Experience Required:
- Experience in marketing, merchandising, and campaign management.
- Fluency in Polish, Dutch, or Swedish is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer funnel engagement initiatives to boost discovery, conversion, and retention.
- Coordinate and launch customer-facing communications via email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and homepage across 10 locations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams for timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign operations and maintain high-quality standards across all customer touchpoints.
