The role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on paid-search (PPC) experience to join our marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering, managing and improving digital campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads will be central to your role, alongside work across SEO, paid social and conversion optimisation.
Working from agreed client strategies, you’ll turn plans into well-executed campaigns, monitor performance and make practical recommendations based on the data. You’ll also communicate directly with clients, explaining performance clearly and keeping activity moving.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who knows the platforms well, takes ownership of their work and cares about generating meaningful commercial results.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Carry out keyword research, campaign planning and competitor analysis.
- Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, keywords and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing improvements.
- Improve conversion rates, cost per lead and lead quality.
- Implement and check conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising platforms.
- Investigate tracking or performance issues and recommend solutions.
- Produce clear reports that explain results, insights and next actions.
- Deliver SEO activity, including keyword research, content planning and on-page optimisation.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta where appropriate.
- Review landing pages, websites and customer journeys to identify conversion improvements.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to client strategies and campaign plans.
- Communicate directly with clients about campaign activity and performance.
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing, web development and HubSpot.
- Manage priorities across multiple client accounts and keep work progressing to agreed deadlines.
- Identify further campaign opportunities and share recommendations with the wider client team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
