About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. You will work closely with our client companies to understand their hiring needs, source top talent through various channels, and coordinate interviews and assessments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping young professionals kickstart their careers. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping young professionals succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internship and graduate roles, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with university career centers, industry organizations, and other talent sources.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
