Digital Marketing & PPC Executive (Dutch Speaking)

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire – hybrid working with three days in the office and two days remotely

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

Our client, a multi-award-winning global consumer technology brand, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Performance Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of its Bol.com advertising account while supporting Amazon and wider retail media activity across EMEA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around one year’s PPC or paid media experience. Candidates with broader digital marketing experience and exposure to paid campaigns will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • PPC Executive
    • Taking ownership of advertising and content optimisation across Bol.com
    • Building, managing and improving PPC and retail media campaigns
    • Supporting Amazon Advertising activity
    • Conducting keyword and competitor research
    • Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and return on investment
    • Optimising product titles, descriptions and other on-page content
    • Using search insights to support organic SEO activity
    • Carrying out campaign testing and analysing the results
    • Producing weekly and monthly performance reports
    • Collaborating with eCommerce, Sales, Content and Marketing teams across EMEA
    • Exploring how technology and AI can improve processes and campaign performance

What we’re looking for

  • PPC Executive
    • Fluent or native-level in both Dutch and English, as you will be responsible for Dutch-language campaigns and content.
    • Around one year’s experience in PPC, paid media, performance marketing or retail media
    • Experience or exposure to platforms such as Bol.com, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Criteo or similar
    • An understanding of conversion, attribution and online customer acquisition
    • Experience reviewing campaign data and using insights to improve performance
    • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Helium 10, Amazon Vendor Central, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Power BI would be beneficial but is not essential.
