About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and competencies, and provide feedback to clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Support additional HR functions as needed, including employer branding initiatives and participation in career fairs.
