About Mass Reach

Mass Reach is an award-winning London-based performance marketing agency helping businesses grow through PPC, email marketing, paid social, and conversion optimisation. We work with clients across eCommerce, professional services, hospitality, education, and home improvement sectors.

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and Email Marketing to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a practical, delivery-focused role. You'll be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, supporting email marketing activities, improving campaign performance, and helping clients generate more leads and sales.

You'll work directly with the founder and client accounts across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

Google Ads

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and optimise ad copy and assets.
  • Monitor budgets and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse search term reports and implement negative keywords.
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Configure and troubleshoot GA4.
  • Set up enhanced conversions and server-side tracking where required.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and recommendations through AgencyAnalytics.

Email Marketing

  • Create and schedule email campaigns.
  • Build automated email journeys and nurture sequences.
  • Manage audience segmentation.
  • Design email templates.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Support platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar.

Additional Marketing Support

  • Assist with technical audits.
  • Support landing page optimisation.
  • Conduct competitor research.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation projects.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Google Ads experience.
  • Proven experience managing live advertising budgets.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking.
  • Experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Email marketing platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign results to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of server-side tracking.
