Paid Media Manager
Flood Media is a fast-growing performance marketing company on an upward trajectory. We move quickly, think big, and give our team real ownership and room to grow. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join at a pivotal moment — and grow into a senior executive role as the company scales.
We're looking for a driven Paid Social specialist to own and scale our paid advertising efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and other key social platforms. This is a paid media role — not organic posting etc.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Manage budgets and hit performance targets (ROAS, CPL, CPA)
- Design or direct compelling ad creatives — static, video, and carousel
- Run A/B tests on copy, creative, and audiences to continuously improve results
- Report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and industry trends
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to work smarter and faster

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
