This opportunity is with a boutique digital marketing agency in Leeds, working internationally in the travel sector. They cover everything from SEO, PR and paid media through to brand and web, and they have been early to move on AI search. What really sets them apart is how they run the business. They're a certified B Corp with charitable giving built into the model, a flat structure where everyone has a say in the big decisions. They have a flexible approach to working patterns and hybrid working as standard.
The Role
You'll own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients, deciding which channels to focus on and making sure the work delivers real commercial results. You'll be the link between the client and the internal specialists pulling together the right mix of channels to deliver results for the client. In this role you'll:

- Set and coordinate multi-channel marketing strategy across a group of client accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients, often the founders, and hold your own in commercial conversations
- Use data and team input to work out what is and isn't working, then adapt the plan
- Tie channel performance back to revenue and business outcomes
- Mentor less experienced team members, without formal line management
- Build processes that make good work repeatable, and experiment with AI to improve client results
The Person
You're a rounded marketer who thinks strategy first, with real depth in one or two channels and a clear grasp of how the rest connect. Just as important, you'll want to work somewhere that gives you freedom and trusts you to use it. You're likely to be:

- A current AD in an integrated agency where digital channels play a major part.
- Drawn to a values-led, purpose-driven business and keen to be in it for the long haul
- Commercially minded, comfortable talking revenue with clients and leadership
- A natural relationship builder who communicates simply and without jargon
- Organised and calm under pressure, able to juggle several clients at once
- Actively using AI tools in your own work
- Entrepreneurial and a problem solver, happy to roll your sleeves up when needed (side projects are a real plus here)
