The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to take ownership of our email marketing platform and help us get more from the systems, technology and automations that support the wider business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the mix of creative marketing, data and technology. You’ll own our email activity end to end; building campaigns and automated journeys, developing smarter segmentation and personalisation, writing engaging content and continually looking for ways to improve performance.
Alongside this, you’ll use Apollo to nurture prospective corporate clients and generate qualified opportunities for our Sales team, while playing an active role in the wider marketing team, supporting campaigns, content and creative projects across the business when needed.
You’ll also play an important role in our marketing systems and integrations. You’ll need to understand how our CRM, booking system and wider marketing platforms work and connect, helping to troubleshoot issues, identify where something isn’t working as it should and work with internal teams or external developers to get it resolved.
It’s a varied role with plenty of ownership. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing a great subject line, building an automated flow, supporting a wider campaign, digging into data and getting to the bottom of why two systems aren’t talking to each other.
If you’re commercially minded, creative, curious about technology and happy to get stuck into whatever the marketing team is working on, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Take technical ownership of the email marketing platform, overseeing delivery of high-volume, personalised, and dynamic campaigns — accurate, efficient, and on time
- Own the email roadmap, championing best practice and identifying new opportunities for segmentation, dynamic content, and real-time personalisation
- Own automated flows, segmentation, and campaign builds across the guest lifecycle — from lost baskets and first enquiry through to repeat bookings
- Manage list health and contact integration with our CRM
- Performance reporting
- Continuously test and refine to improve open, click, and conversion rates
- Extend email campaigns across social channels to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
