Brand Guardian
As a Brand Guardian, you’ll uphold the highest standards across all digital marketing activity for 20+ brands. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll contribute to our digital strategy and support the delivery of new office openings, relocations, acquisitions, and rebrands across every digital touchpoint. You’ll also support localized digital campaigns and ongoing projects, ensuring all content is on-brand, engaging, and consistent. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of our brands, you’ll help maintain our tone of voice, protect brand standards, and deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
Hours: Office-based Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Based at: Clapham Junction
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 D.O.E
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Own the Digital brand book, ensuring all website developments are documented
- Contribute to future website developments
- Primary liaison with the suppliers of all group websites
- Oversee internally raised tickets
- Oversee new website developments as well as regular health checks of all group websites
- Primary liaison with property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket
- Manage brand advertising across all portals
- Monitor and track online performance, providing monthly reporting
- Analyse EDM campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
- Reputation management, including monitoring review platforms such as Google Business Profile and Trustpilot
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (including tenancy fees and landlord fee legislation)
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies
- Assist with new acquisitions (liaising with suppliers, website, and supporting ad hoc projects and tasks.
