Digital Marketing Specialist for Therapy Practice

This role focuses on developing and managing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a therapy practice, with the primary objective of increasing local visibility and generating qualified leads. The specialist will be responsible for creating and executing a Meta Ads strategy across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to reach the right local audience and drive appointment inquiries. The position requires a professional approach to campaign setup, creative direction, and ongoing optimisation, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliverables

  • Develop a Meta Ads strategy tailored to the therapy sector and local audience
  • Set up and configure campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including audience research and targeting
  • Provide creative direction for ad visuals and copy, ensuring a trustworthy and professional tone
  • Recommend and advise on conversion-focused landing page improvements
  • Implement lead-generation systems and tracking mechanisms
  • Launch campaigns, monitor performance, and provide analytics reports
  • Conduct ongoing testing and optimisation over a 4–6 week period to maximise lead quality and campaign ROI
