Digital Marketing Transformation Director/Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Interim 6-12 months

The Opportunity

A leading international consumer healthcare business is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Transformation Director to lead a major growth and digital transformation agenda.

Following a period of significant strategic change, the organisation is accelerating its direct-to-consumer capabilities and digital growth strategy. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class digital marketing, customer engagement, and DTC transformation programme.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping the business evolve from a predominantly retail-led model into a highly data-driven, consumer-centric organisation with world-class digital capabilities.

This role is particularly well suited to individuals from leading strategy consulting firms who have advised consumer, retail, healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based businesses on growth strategy, digital transformation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and lead the organisation's digital growth strategy.
  • Define the roadmap for expanding direct-to-consumer revenues and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify new consumer acquisition channels, digital business models, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead major transformation initiatives across digital marketing, customer experience, CRM, analytics, and eCommerce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
