Digital Marketing & Website Intern (3-Month Internship) with Boutique Corporate Finance House
About the Role
This internship offers the opportunity to work on a live website redevelopment project alongside our team.
You will help to optimise our website using WordPress, improve SEO and AI search performance, and ensure the site delivers a high-quality user experience. There will also be opportunities to contribute to website copy and marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Build and update website pages in WordPress
- Create new service pages from supplied content
- Format and upload text, images and downloadable resources
- Implement SEO best practice, including page titles, metadata and internal linking
- Help improve website performance and Core Web Vitals
- Identify and resolve website issues before launch
- Test pages across desktop and mobile devices
- Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support content development and workflow
- Contribute to website copy and thought leadership content where appropriate

About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, curious and enjoys learning new skills.
Essential
- Understanding of SEO
- Good written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience using the WordPress backend
- Experience writing website or marketing copy
- Basic HTML and CSS
- Google Analytics or Google Search Console
- Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
- An interest in corporate finance or professional services
