About the Job
Reporting to the VP Sales Europe, you'll lead Levi's marketplace business across Europe, shaping how we partner with key digital platforms and ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience across all channels.
Leading a team of marketplace specialists, you will work cross-functionally to drive commercial performance, unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen Levi's presence across established and emerging marketplaces.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant responsibility for commercial performance, strategic partnerships and organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Levi's European marketplace strategy, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth, increase brand visibility and strengthen our presence across established and emerging digital platforms.
- Own the marketplace P&L and overall channel performance, balancing commercial growth, profitability, pricing integrity and brand reputation.
- Build and lead strategic partnerships with key marketplace players, including Amazon, Zalando, ASOS and other regional platforms, negotiating commercial agreements and driving joint business plans.
- Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team of marketplace specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and performance excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics and Global teams to optimise marketplace performance and deliver a premium consumer experience.
- Use data, insights and market intelligence to optimise assortment, pricing, content, retail media investment, fulfilment and customer engagement across all platforms.
- Drive operational excellence across the marketplace ecosystem, ensuring effective execution, scalable processes and compliance with platform requirements and European regulations.
- Shape the future of Levi's marketplace business by identifying new growth opportunities, testing innovative solutions and continuously improving how we operate across digital platforms.

About You
You are an entrepreneurial and results-oriented digital commerce leader who combines strategic vision with strong commercial judgement and operational expertise. You understand how to scale marketplace businesses across complex European markets and know how to translate strategy into effective execution.
You are equally comfortable shaping long-term direction, negotiating with senior external partners, evaluating detailed performance data and leading a specialist team.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in digital commerce, marketplace management or a related field within the retail or consumer goods sector.
- A proven record of managing and scaling businesses across European digital marketplaces, ideally including platforms such as Amazon, Zalando or ASOS.
- Strong knowledge of European marketplace regulations, market trends and consumer preferences.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational experience in marketplace management.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience using data to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly with external marketplace partners.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams to deliver ambitious goals.
- Expertise in e-commerce tools, marketplace dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and retail media solutions, such as Amazon Advertising or Zalando Marketing Services.
- Fluency in one or more European languages is advantageous.

Position Details
This is a hybrid position and can be based in our Offenbach or London office. Employees are expected to work in person a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week, although office attendance may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is €100,000 - €141,000 gross per annum in Germany and £81,500 - £108,700 gross per annum in UK. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs.
