The Think Tank: Digital Media Account Executive

Multi-award winning international Marketing Communications Agency, The Think Tank, is looking for a Digital Media Account Executive to join our Digital Media team. The role supports the team, building, optimising and reporting across a range of B2B digital marketing campaigns on PPC and paid social. NB Experience of paid digital media is required.

We're a growing marketing and PR agency with a vibrant team and great clients both in the UK and Europe. Having led the B2B marketing sector for more than 30 years, we're very proud to have recently won multiple Agency of the Year Awards at B2B Marketing and Global Agency Awards.

The Role

You'll be a key part of our PPC and Paid Social team, reporting to the Senior PPC and Paid Social Manager. Day to day, you'll be building, optimising and reporting on B2B digital campaigns across a range of clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building digital campaigns across PPC channels (Google and Microsoft) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta and more), including audience research, campaign architecture, UTMs, naming conventions and budget allocation
  • Managing, collating and interpreting PPC and paid social data into client reports using Looker Studio and PowerPoint
  • Optimising campaign performance using native platform data and GA4, including audience refinement, bid management, A/B testing and trend analysis
  • Keeping up to date with platform updates, emerging ad formats, creative trends and new tactical initiatives
  • Setting up tags in Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track campaign performance
  • Liaising with ad platform representatives such as Google and LinkedIn Ads, and presenting recommended optimisations to your manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
