Fancy learning how paid digital campaigns really work, on real B2B accounts, while earning a nationally recognised qualification?
We're looking for a Digital Media Junior Account Executive apprentice to join our Digital Media team. No agency experience needed. If you're analytical, curious and like the idea of working with data and platforms, this is a great place to start.
The role
You'll join our Digital Media team and learn to build, run and report on B2B paid campaigns across PPC and paid social.
Working alongside our PPC and Paid Social managers, you'll get hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, StackAdapt and the tools we use to measure performance. Alongside the job, you'll complete a Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship, building qualifications as you gain experience.
What you'll be doing
- Helping set up and run PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Microsoft Ads and Programmatic
- Supporting paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Learning to research audiences and structure campaigns
- Helping with tracking, naming conventions and keeping accounts tidy
- Pulling campaign data together from GA4 and platforms in Looker Studio and PowerPoint
- Supporting the team with reporting, insights and recommendations
- Keeping up with platform updates, new ad formats and trends

What we're looking for
- Comfortable with numbers and keen to work with data
- Organised, accurate and good at spotting detail
- Curious about digital marketing and how ads reach the right people
- A clear communicator, in writing and out loud
- Reliable, proactive and happy to learn new tools
You'll need
- The right to work in the UK
- To be in our Holborn office at least two days a week, and more at the start
- A degree or equivalent qualification is welcome but not essential. We’re interested in your potential, curiosity and commitment to building a career in marketing.
About the apprenticeship
This is a Level 4 AI Marketing Executive apprenticeship, fully funded by us. It runs for 18 months including the end-point assessment, and you'll spend roughly a day a week of paid time on off-the-job training. You'll finish with a nationally recognised qualification and a strong foundation in digital marketing.
