Family-owned and proudly made in the UK, we’ve revolutionized the formula market with our unique whole milk recipe. Our products are available in major retailers globally, including Target, Walmart, Boots, and Tesco. With ambitious plans to expand into new markets and product categories, we are seeking an International Brand Executive to support our brand growth and deliver consistent, impactful marketing across multiple countries.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and driven Digital Media Designer to join our growing design team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of all paid digital media creative and campaign execution across our global markets, helping shape impactful brand experiences at scale. You’ll be at the centre of fast-paced, high-volume creative production across web, CRM, and display channels, delivering compelling visuals that drive engagement and performance.
This opportunity is perfect for a designer who thrives under pressure, has strong video editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a strategic mindset when it comes to creative storytelling and digital performance.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and opportunity to collaborate with international teams across the UK, USA, Canada, and Mexico.

- Lead creation and management of paid digital media creative across all global markets (primarily UK, USA, Canada, and Mexico)
- Produce high-volume creative output across multiple iterations for A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Edit, grade, and produce video creative for digital advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels
- Conduct creative testing and optimisation; demonstrate a discerning eye for identifying high-performing designs and iterating based on performance data
- Adapt creative assets across multiple regional requirements, cultural nuances, and platform specifications (mobile-first, carousel, reels, stories, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure creative execution aligns with campaign objectives and platform best practices
- Maintain meticulous organisation of assets, naming conventions, and file management using team collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, and design systems in Figma)
- Maintain brand consistency across all markets while ensuring creative flexibility to test new directions and ideas
Qualification and Experience
Essential
- Primary expertise in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows
- Proficiency in video editing software is essential for this role: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to edit at pace
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for motion graphics and visual effects
- Proven experience creating paid social media creative (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with demonstrated evidence of successful campaigns
- Portfolio showcasing high-volume creative output and iterative testing approach
- Understanding of platform specifications, creative best practices, and optimisation for different ad formats
- Demonstrated ability to work at pace and deliver quality assets consistently
- Highly organised with exceptional project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality

Desirable
- Strategic thinker who understands the relationship between creative design and performance metrics
- Proactive idea contributor; brings fresh creative concepts and approaches to the table
- Experience working across multiple time zones or managing global creative requirements
- Knowledge of ecommerce, FMCG, or e-commerce creative best practices
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with colour grading, basic audio editing, and motion design
