Job Title: Media Executive

Duration:
Permanent
Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours:
9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4:30pm)
Holiday:
35 days per annum inc. bank holidays. Increasing to 38 days inc. bank holidays after 2 years.

Flexibility:
Hybrid working and flexible hours.
Location:
Chesham, Buckinghamshire (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS. Optional 2 days per week remote working.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Media Executive to join our team where they’ll use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place.
The successful candidate may have experience in an agency or in an in-house role. As part of the media team, you’ll help devise and implement award-winning digital campaigns across multiple channels, on behalf of some amazing charities. This will include Paid Search, Social, Display and SEO.
We don’t expect you to be an expert across every channel. You’ll already have hands-on experience in one or more areas, and we’ll provide training to develop you into a well-rounded digital media specialist.
We’re looking for a proactive individual, with a: growth mindset, passion for digital media, sharp eye for detail, great data analysis skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.

The Day-to-Day
Account Management:
- Building a deep understanding of your client’s situation and requirements.
- Contributing to digital strategies and media plans, taking increasing ownership as your experience develops.
- Analysing data to deliver regular performance insights.
- Preparing for client meetings, and leading them where appropriate.
- Communicating with clients including providing proactive updates and suggestions, taking requests, answering questions and keeping them informed of progress.
- Spotting opportunities to improve client performance and grow accounts.
- Supporting new business opportunities.
Media Implementation:
- Optimising Paid Search, Social and Display campaigns.
- Developing clients’ SEO, particularly in writing webpage copy, but also including technical SEO and link building.
- Keyword research and development across paid and organic search.
- Testing emerging opportunities across channels and platforms, including AI search/GEO, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Implement and manage data tracking.
User Journey Optimisation:
- Ensuring the user journey is consistent from ads through to conversion.
- Supporting improvements to User Experience (UX).
- Help with the development of onsite Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

You'll Need
- Passion for delivering great digital media for charities.
- Hands-on experience in paid digital media and/or SEO content creation. This could include: Paid Search, Social, Display or SEO content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analysis skills (experience with Google Analytics an advantage).
- A proactive approach to problem solving and client service.
- An ability to write clear, persuasive and audience-focused copy.
- Adaptability and versatility in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital and AI-powered tools.
