We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Digital Media Executive to join our growing London team, gaining hands-on experience across Digital Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic.

This is your chance to kick-start a career in media, working on impactful campaigns from day one while learning from experienced industry professionals. Partnering closely with Account Manager and Account Director, you'll be involved in every stage of the campaign journey, from planning and buying through to execution, reporting and analysis.

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their media planning and buying expertise. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data, and have a genuine interest in digital advertising and media performance.

🎯 How You'll Make an Impact

  • Supporting the planning, booking, and delivery of media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Building positive relationships with media owners and assisting with client communications.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise results.
  • Working across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms, including Meta, Instagram, X (Twitter), PPC, and Display campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate campaign records, bookings, and schedules within our media systems.
  • Reviewing campaign outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Assisting with campaign analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Supporting financial administration, including invoice checks, voucher management, and delivery processes.
  • Collaborating with team to turn client data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring campaigns run efficiently through effective organisation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

📚 What You'll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and time management skills
  • Passion for media and the commercial media landscape
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Confident analysing data, using Excel, PPT and MS Office programs
  • A strong team player who can also work independently and is adaptable
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude and appetite for new challenges
