A globally recognised, family-owned luxury house is looking for a Digital Media Manager to join its global marketing HQ in London on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with a genuine ambition to make the role permanent.

This is not a standard performance seat. The business has deliberately brought upper and lower funnel together into one role, so you will own paid digital media end to end and be accountable for brand outcomes and commercial results at the same time. You will report into the Head of Brand Marketing, with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Digital Officer, who owns global ecommerce.

What you will own

  • Paid social strategy, performance and testing across Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Programmatic display, including strategy and delivery through Criteo and RTB House
  • Full-funnel media planning, budgeting, pacing and optimisation across every market outside China and Korea
  • The relationship with the business's digital agency and media agency, as their main point of contact and the person who holds them to account on strategy, output and performance
  • Reporting on campaign effectiveness against both brand objectives and commercial KPIs, plus budget planning, expenditure reporting and invoice tracking
  • Consolidated monthly and quarterly performance reporting to the marketing and executive teams
  • Working alongside the brand, digital and regional marketing teams to keep media, creative and messaging aligned to market priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years managing paid digital media, either brand side or agency side
  • Strong hands-on expertise across paid social and programmatic. You are comfortable in the platform backend, you interrogate the numbers yourself and you can challenge an agency's strategy rather than take it at face value
  • Demonstrable experience balancing brand objectives against performance KPIs, ideally in a business that has been through the same shift from separate brand and performance teams to one full-funnel function
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Commercially minded, with a good understanding of ecommerce metrics
  • A confident communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in luxury or another high-consideration category, where the purchase cycle is long and the customer journey is considered. It does not need to be the same product category
