Media Planning Manager
Salary: Up to £50K
Channels: Paid Social, PPC & Programmatic
Hybrid: 2 days in Central London, 3 days WFH

Are you a strategic media planner looking to take ownership of integrated, multi-channel campaigns?
Our client, a fast-growing, award-winning media agency in the heart of London, is looking for a Media Planning Manager to join their talented team.
💼 The Role
As Media Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing strategic, insight-led media plans across Paid Social, PPC and Programmatic. This is a planning-focused role with no hands-on activation, working closely with specialist channel teams who will handle campaign execution.
You’ll take client briefs, understand their objectives and audiences, and build integrated media strategies that determine the right channels, budgets and approach to deliver against their goals.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing integrated media plans across Paid Social, PPC and Programmatic
- Turning client briefs and business objectives into clear media strategies
- Recommending the right channel mix and allocating budgets across campaigns
- Using audience, market and performance insights to inform planning decisions
- Working closely with activation teams to ensure campaigns deliver against the wider strategy
- Managing client relationships and presenting media plans and recommendations
- Reviewing campaign performance and using learnings to shape future planning
- Staying ahead of changes across the digital media landscape
✅ What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in media planning, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social, PPC and Programmatic
- Experience building integrated, cross-channel media plans
- Strong understanding of audiences, channel selection and budget allocation
- Confident presenting strategies and recommendations directly to clients
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable collaborating with specialist activation teams
- Based in or able to commute to London
