Pay: From £28,000.00 per year depending on experience

Mostly Media is an award-winning Top 20 independent media planning & buying agency situated in stunning offices right in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath. Over the past few years, we have experienced a continued period of growth, and we are now looking to add additional talent to our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Media Manager role based in our fantastic offices in Bath. We are not able to consider remote or hybrid applicants.
We are looking for a brilliant Digital Account Manager ready for the next step in their career. Ideally you have 2-3 years' experience planning, executing, and optimising digital media campaigns across channels such as social, display, search, and video to support client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing digital media strategies, building campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and preparing reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

You'll work within a well-established digital team and provide account management support on key accounts, manage digital campaigns & plan digital strategies for new campaign briefs.
Working closely with the directors of the business, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service across a variety of our clients ranging from e-commerce brands to start-ups. You will be encouraged to take on projects from start to finish and will have true ownership of your work.
This role will offer a chance for quick progression to senior account manager level as you grow within the agency. No two days will be the same, and you'll need to understand we operate in a fast-paced environment, where our team is central to the success of the agency.

Experience
Candidates should possess strong skills in Media Planning and Paid Digital Media, ideally with 2 years experience across:
- Google Ads
- Meta advertising
- LinkedIn ads
Proficiency in other relevant digital tools and platforms (e.g., analytics tools, and reporting dashboards) is also beneficial.
