Planning Manager – Digital & Paid Media

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our media agency team, working across digital and paid media channels. This role sits at the heart of campaign strategy, bridging client objectives with channel planning, activation teams, and performance insights.

You’ll lead the planning approach for key accounts, ensuring media plans are insight-driven, commercially sound, and deliver against client KPIs across channels such as paid social, paid search, programmatic, display, video, and online audio.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Own the end-to-end media planning process across digital and paid media channels
  • Translate client briefs into clear, data-led media strategies and recommendations
  • Develop integrated channel plans aligned to audience insights, budgets, and objectives
  • Ensure plans are innovative, effective, and aligned with wider brand and business goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
