Reporting to: Global Senior Trading & Content Manager

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Intern to support the day-to-day management of Graff's global ecommerce websites.

Working closely with the Global Trading Coordinator, you'll assist in maintaining an exceptional online shopping experience by supporting product merchandising, stock management, data accuracy, and day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple international markets.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury brand, developing practical skills across digital merchandising, product lifecycle management, ecommerce operations, and luxury retail best practices.

Responsibilities

Product & Catalogue Support

  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of product data across Graff's global ecommerce websites.
  • Support the preparation and execution of new product launches.
  • Help ensure product information is accurate, complete, and presented consistently across all markets.
  • Assist with maintaining product attributes, imagery, and merchandising information.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including new launches, updates, and product retirements.

Stock & Availability Support

  • Assist with monitoring product availability across global storefronts.
  • Help identify products with low or unavailable stock and support replenishment processes.
  • Assist with stock-related housekeeping to ensure products are accurately represented online.
  • Support the Trading Coordinator in maintaining product visibility in line with stock availability.
  • Help investigate stock discrepancies and escalate issues where required.

Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance

  • Perform routine checks to ensure product data is accurate and up to date.
  • Review product titles, descriptions, attributes, and imagery for consistency.
  • Identify missing or incorrect product information and support resolution.
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity across multiple international websites.
  • Carry out regular quality assurance checks following product updates and launches.

Merchandising Operations

  • Help maintain product categorisation and collection assignments.
  • Support seasonal merchandising updates and product launches.
  • Ensure merchandising changes are implemented accurately across all markets.

Ecommerce Administration

  • Maintain merchandising trackers and operational documentation.
  • Support product launch checklists and merchandising schedules.
  • Assist with coordinating product imagery and digital assets with internal teams.
  • Support day-to-day operational requests relating to product merchandising.

Skills & Experience

  • Studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about luxury retail and ecommerce.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
  • Confident working with large amounts of information.
  • Curious about digital merchandising and customer experience.
  • Eager to learn new digital platforms.
  • No previous ecommerce experience required.
