Company Description

Bone Club is a luxury backgammon brand based in England, creating handcrafted boards, accessories, and tables that combine traditional craftsmanship, exceptional materials, and distinctive design. Founded in 2014, the company focuses on serving discerning players who value quality and style in their gaming experience. In November 2026, Bone Club will launch a digital platform and exclusive club, offering a rich social world where backgammon enthusiasts can play, watch, learn, compete, and connect. The brand is growing from physical products into a premium digital experience, providing opportunities to shape the future of social and competitive backgammon online.

Role Description

The Monetisation Consultant for Digital Gaming Platform is a remote role. This role focuses on designing and optimising the revenue model for Bone Club’s upcoming digital backgammon platform, including pricing, in-game purchases, subscriptions, and premium features. Consultancy involves analysing user behaviour and market data, testing and refining monetisation strategies, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate revenue features seamlessly into the user experience. The consultant will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role also involves advising on digital transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment between monetisation, player satisfaction, and long-term brand value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
