The Role
As the Digital New Channels Lead, you'll own the discovery, testing and scaling of emerging digital channels that will define the future of online retail. From social commerce and AI to rapid delivery, international expansion and new customer experiences, you'll take ideas from concept through to launch, building business cases and delivering measurable commercial growth. Reporting into the Digital Director, the Digital New Channels Lead will work closely with senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing team that sits at the forefront of digital innovation.
