Digital Operations Account Manager
We are hiring a Digital Operations Account Manager to help shape brilliant, consistent digital campaign delivery for a Global Retail Client. Joining Zenith’s Central Digital Activation team, you’ll connect people, processes and technology to make complex work run smoothly across channels.
You’ll have the opportunity to improve how teams collaborate, strengthen campaign quality and introduce smarter, more scalable ways of working. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges and turning good ideas into meaningful results for clients.
What you'll be doing...
- Own day-to-day digital campaign operations, helping teams deliver accurate, timely and high-quality work from briefing through to reporting.
- Improve workflows, governance standards and ways of working to create a consistent experience across teams and markets.
- Coordinate delivery across Social, Programmatic, SEO, Search, Analytics, TAAG and Omnichannel Planning.
- Partner with activation, analytics and planning colleagues to embed insights and manage campaign risks and dependencies.
- Support campaign reporting, financial management, measurement and performance tracking, maintaining clear and reliable processes.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and operational technology to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, markets and internal teams, sharing clear updates, practical recommendations and solutions.

- Experience in digital media, campaign operations, account management or a related role within an agency or digital marketing environment.
- A good understanding of digital activation processes across paid media channels.
- The ability to organise workflows, manage projects and balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with campaign measurement, reporting approaches and performance metrics.
- Clear, collaborative communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A thoughtful, solutions-focused approach, with curiosity about how processes and ways of working can be improved.
- An interest in automation, AI, workflow technology and the potential these offer to make campaign delivery more effective.
