Digital Operations Account Manager

We are hiring a Digital Operations Account Manager to help shape brilliant, consistent digital campaign delivery for a Global Retail Client. Joining Zenith’s Central Digital Activation team, you’ll connect people, processes and technology to make complex work run smoothly across channels.

You’ll have the opportunity to improve how teams collaborate, strengthen campaign quality and introduce smarter, more scalable ways of working. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges and turning good ideas into meaningful results for clients.

What you'll be doing...

  • Own day-to-day digital campaign operations, helping teams deliver accurate, timely and high-quality work from briefing through to reporting.
  • Improve workflows, governance standards and ways of working to create a consistent experience across teams and markets.
  • Coordinate delivery across Social, Programmatic, SEO, Search, Analytics, TAAG and Omnichannel Planning.
  • Partner with activation, analytics and planning colleagues to embed insights and manage campaign risks and dependencies.
  • Support campaign reporting, financial management, measurement and performance tracking, maintaining clear and reliable processes.
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and operational technology to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, markets and internal teams, sharing clear updates, practical recommendations and solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
