Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and developing high performing teams?
We're looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support the delivery of our Digital operation across the estate. Working closely with store and central teams, you'll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to improve performance, drive change and ensure our stores are set up to deliver for customers.
This is a highly visible field based role where you'll coach and support operational teams, influence decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive long term Digital growth across the business.

Essential skills and experience
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Previous online operational experience within a retail environment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end retail operations and process compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities in a field based role.
- Strong analytical skills, using data and insight to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.

This role is field based with a typical week consisting of four days in stores and one day working from home, although this can flex depending on operational priorities and business needs. Regular travel is required.
The role also includes planned weekend and out of hours support as part of our 24/7 operation, with flexibility built into the role to balance additional support when required.
