We’re hiring for a Digital Operations Manager to join the Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team in London.
Purpose of the Role
We are hiring a Digital Operations Manager within the Global Data, Tech & Digital Operations Team partnering with some of our most prestigious clients. This role sits at the heart of a large multi-market, high-impact client, where you will be expected to project manage and provide ongoing digital operational excellence across all aspects of digital end-to-end process, including optimising, automating, implementing, remediating data governance processes, global taxonomy, and quality control.
In conjunction with the Dentsu Global Data, Tech & Digital Operations teams, you’ll bridge the gap between planning and operational/implementation teams across key global clients. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with problem-solving and collaboration, this is a role where your work will genuinely matter, offering solutions and ongoing, documented process improvements. Working closely with our local market teams, ensuring our operational KPIs are strictly monitored and maintained in line with client’s data strategy and contractual targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with both global and local Dentsu teams to develop consistent best practice operational processes (strong data foundations).
- Support in the rollout and adoption of best practice processes to help drive high-quality, well-executed client deliverables across the digital media landscape.
- Closely align media operations workflows with the insights objectives and reporting for global clients’ businesses.
- Writing of ‘playbooks’, where required for clients and internal teams to instruct on processes.
- Ensure that platforms and platform configurations are strictly documented, their health is monitored, and that their operability is maintained at exceptional levels in collaboration with dentsu’s offshore digital operations team.
- Ensure that our digital media platforms are configured to deliver correct and appropriate data that supports these reporting and insight goals.
Qualifications + Skills
- Extensive Digital Media Operations experience gained within agencies, digital platforms, or possibly programmatic networks.
- A strong working knowledge of digital media platforms; e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Ad servers, DSPs, Ad verification, Creative Management, and Paid Social platforms.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and DCO would be an advantage.
- Experienced in technical execution and issue resolution.
- Experienced in supporting and leading the identification, formation, and deployment of new processes for teams.
- Ability to understand client end-to-end media workflow processes and ad technology set up across digital media platforms.
- Confidence managing multiple markets, priorities, and onboarding new market users with care and attention to detail.
- A clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to keep learning as platforms, regulations, and best practice evolve.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams, disciplines, and geographies.
- An interest in building efficient, scalable operations that support great creative and measurable outcomes.
