We’re looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager (EMEA) to join our team in Brixton, London on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of paid media across the EMEA region, driving performance that genuinely moves the needle. You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Paid Media, agency teams and regional marketing team to shape strategy, deliver high-quality traffic and enquiries, and continuously optimise campaigns across channels including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic and CTV.
You’ll be right in the middle of it all - turning business goals into clear, actionable briefs, ensuring campaigns land well, and using data and insights to keep performance improving. There’s plenty of scope to test new ideas, explore emerging channels, and influence how we evolve our paid media approach globally.
We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
