Digital Performance Analyst - SC Cleared
Location: Telford - Hybrid / 2 days per week in Office
- Strong experience in data analysis and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to create and manage performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL-based tools).
- Strong skills in data storytelling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Understanding of digital service delivery, user-centred design, and agile ways of working.
