Digital Performance & CRM Manager

Luxury Boutique Hotel Group | Central London (Hybrid) | £50,000 to £60,000 + benefits

Our client is a design-led luxury hotel group with a portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants, and bars in London and internationally. They're looking for a Digital Performance & CRM Manager to join their marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

This role suits someone who enjoys getting under the skin of large datasets and turning what they find into campaigns that grow bookings. You'll work across the business, from General Managers to Revenue and IT, and build a strong understanding of the brand and its guests along the way.

The Role

CRM and Email

  • Own the integrity, governance, and growth of the group's guest database
  • Analyse audience and booking data to spot seasonal trends and revenue opportunities, building targeted B2B and B2C segments
  • Work with operational teams to get more from reservation and property platforms (SevenRooms, OpenTable, Opera) and increase opt-ins, engagement, and retention
  • Keep third-party integrations running smoothly and work with the DPO on GDPR compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
