Our Digital Marketing Division is now seeking a talented Digital Performance Executive to join the Performance Marketing team at MR PORTER.

Job Details

Location: Westfield, London (Shepherd's Bush)

Reporting to: Digital Performance Manager

Workplace Type: Hybrid (4 days in the office)

Contract Type: Full-Time

What You Will Do

  • Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets to achieve performance goals.
  • Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns, including ad copy development and testing.
  • Drive account growth through keyword expansion, search query analysis, audience optimisation, and bid management.
  • Partner with Experimentation and wider Digital Performance teams to deliver testing initiatives and share best practices.
  • Manage and enhance product feeds, Google Merchant Center integrations, and feed-based advertising solutions.
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and documentation of best practices.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and attribution.
  • Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Adaptable, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while identifying scalable solutions and automation opportunities.
