The Role
The Digital Performance Marketer is responsible for delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns across Legends Global's UK arena and theatre portfolio, driving ticket sales, audience growth and return on investment. Working closely with Marketing Managers, venue teams and the Partnerships function, the role leads paid social, paid search and emerging digital channels, while enhancing first-party data acquisition, campaign performance, creative effectiveness and partner value. The role also supports broader commercial objectives, including audience awareness, on-site revenue growth and cross-venue campaign collaboration.
The Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across paid social, paid search and display/programmatic channels, managing budgets, bidding strategies, tracking and attribution to achieve ticket sales, ROI, CPA and ROAS targets.
- Drive performance across key social and emerging channels, particularly Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, developing channel-specific strategies, audience acquisition initiatives and always-on engagement plans.
- Grow and manage first-party audience data, delivering GDPR-compliant data acquisition campaigns, lead-generation activity and audience segmentation to support CRM, remarketing and campaign performance.
- Enhance paid social creative effectiveness, working with internal teams and agencies to develop, test and optimise content, identify best-performing formats and reduce reliance on underperforming promoter-supplied assets.
- Develop integrated digital marketing approaches across venues and events, sharing audiences, insights, creative assets and campaign learnings to maximise portfolio-wide performance and audience reach.
- Provide reporting, insights and stakeholder support, including campaign performance analysis, partnership activation reporting, awareness initiatives and digital activity that supports on-site revenue opportunities such as Food & Beverage sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
