For more than 30 years, FMC has been a trusted name at the heart of the UK dental profession. Through Dentistry Practice Services, we help dental practices operate more effectively and focus on what matters most: delivering excellent patient care. Our growing range of specialist services provides practical support across compliance, CPD, patient consent, HR and marketing, combining expert guidance with smart, easy-to-use solutions that make practice life simpler.

The role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for turning our paid and owned digital channels, and marketing spend into efficient, qualified demand and measurable pipeline. This is a hands-on role with ownership of channel performance, budget efficiency, conversion optimisation, tracking, attribution and testing, with decisions driven by downstream MQL, SQL, Opportunity and pipeline quality rather than surface metrics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
