Overview
We are hiring a Digital Planning Manager to join a specialist team supporting a leading global entertainment brand across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape innovative digital media strategies for one of the world's most recognised entertainment organisations, working at the intersection of media, data, technology and creativity. You'll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, influencing strategic decisions and helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and lead digital media planning solutions across EMEA, grounded in strong consumer, marketing and media insight.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to create effective digital strategies that support business objectives and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, testing and optimisation to improve media effectiveness and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Analyse campaign performance data to generate insights, recommendations and learnings for future activity.
- Work closely with activation specialists across social, programmatic and search channels to drive best-in-class execution.
- Stay informed about developments across digital marketing, media and the entertainment industry, bringing fresh thinking to planning approaches.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Experience in digital marketing, media planning, programmatic, paid social, ad tech or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and how they contribute to broader marketing objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- Analytical thinking and a curiosity for using data to uncover insights and improve performance.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams, markets or disciplines to deliver shared goals.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning, particularly in emerging areas such as audience strategy, influencer marketing and AI-powered advertising.
