About The Role

As a Digital Platform Coordinator, you will be helping to improve and manage online supporter journeys by coordinating work across the Digital Platform team. You will become a subject matter expert on all things Sitecore.

Role

Using planning tools and collaborating with other digital team members and stakeholders, you will use Sitecore Experience Manager to manage, develop and improve templates, components and content on RNLI.org. In your first few weeks in this Digital Platform Coordinator role, you can expect to:

  • Triage support requests and assist content editors with expert knowledge of our Content Management platform and components.
  • Collaborate with our digital, performance & creative teams and our developers to build and manage engaging digital experiences.
  • Be involved in UAT of RNLI.org and CMS components when we release changes. Including bug fixes.
  • Immerse yourself in the Sitecore platform learning the setup of the IA, components available, functionality used, 3rd party tools and data points that the system connects to.
  • Get to grips with the Digital Platform and Apps and Development team and our ways of working – we are a friendly and high performing team.

About You

To succeed in this Digital Platform Coordinator role, you will need:

  • Experience using a content management system such as Sitecore.
  • To be comfortable managing and prioritising your workload, with impeccable attention to detail, managing conflicting stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics for analysis and interpretation of website performance, Google Tag Manager and cookie management.
  • An understanding of Kanban, and Agile methodologies would be hugely advantageous.

This role would suit a self-motivated person with a flexible attitude and service support and problem-solving skills. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, led by technological change. It will suit someone with client or agency experience.
